1. Return Policy

Since we operate with a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, we allow returns only under specific conditions:

Eligible Returns:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is incomplete or missing parts.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Customized or special-order items.

Note: We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before approving a replacement or refund.

As we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed as follows:
